TRUCK DRIVER TRAINING
The JWCC Truck Driver Training program offers courses certified by the Professional Truck Driver Institute. JWCC uses industry standard equipment for training and employs the latest technology, including an up-to-date computer lab and truck driving simulator.
Husband-and-wife team truck drivers Tim and Amanda Nash completed JWCC’s program in 2006 and hit the open road. 
“I had wanted to drive a truck since I was a kid,” Tim says, “and the program fulfilled my expectations and then some.”
“It’s a real change of pace, a different lifestyle and the salary and benefits are great,” says Amanda. “The program is really thorough and I felt very well prepared for my career.”
Tim and Amanda invested in a JWCC education and in themselves when the training and certification prepared them for jobs with Dot Transportation.
“The benefits of truck driving are phenomenal,” Tim adds.
